    How is the sign powered?

    Every RushGlow sign is powered by a built-in USB port. Just plug it into the included USB adapter, a power bank, laptop or any USB socket — no wiring or electrician needed. A dimmer remote is included so you can adjust the brightness or switch it off from across the room.

    Is it safe and does it get hot?

    Yes. Our signs use low-voltage LED strips inside shatterproof acrylic, not fragile glass. They stay cool to the touch, which makes them completely safe around children and pets.

    How do I hang and clean it?

    Each sign ships with a complete mounting kit for wall hanging or standing display. To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
